Service operator: DUBBE LLC (tax ID 312444248). Copyright complaint contact: founder AHMADOV RASHIDJON RAMAZONOVICH. Postal address: 10 Amir Temur Avenue, Bog‘ishamol MFY, Yunusabad District, Tashkent 100194, Uzbekistan. Telephone: +998 88 865 66 06. Email: [email protected].

If you own copyright or are authorized to represent its owner and believe material stored or processed by dubbe infringes it, email a signed complaint to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright complaint”. Identify the material on dubbe, not just the original work on another website.

Our operators review complaints manually and request missing information where needed. When a complaint supports removal, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material on systems we control and promptly notify the affected uploader or account holder.

We may share a complaint, including relevant contact information, with the affected user. Counter-notices are shared with the original complainant when the applicable U.S. procedure requires it. Send only information needed to assess the claim. Knowingly making a materially false infringement claim or counter-notice may result in liability under applicable law.

This is our copyright complaint contact. Designation of a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office has not been completed. Publishing this policy does not guarantee any liability safe harbor. We review complaints under applicable law; the U.S. statutory procedures below apply only where applicable.

The following notice elements follow 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works at a single online site are covered.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material or activity and enough information for us to locate it, such as a dubbe project ID, output URL, file name, or relevant web or Telegram link. State what you want removed or access disabled to.
  • Your name and contact information, including mailing address, telephone number, and email address if available.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.

If we remove your material or disable access and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, reply to the removal notice or email [email protected] with the subject “Copyright counter-notice”. Identify the complaint and explain why you dispute it.

Where the U.S. DMCA counter-notice procedure in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) applies, we promptly forward a compliant counter-notice to the original complainant and notify them that restoration is scheduled in 10 business days. We restore the material or access no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless we first receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action seeking an order restraining the alleged infringement relating to that material.

For complaints outside that U.S. procedure, we review your objection under applicable law; the U.S. restoration deadline is not an automatic deadline for every complaint. The limited U.S. jurisdiction consent below concerns the applicable counter-notice procedure, not other disputes governed by these terms.

A counter-notice under the applicable U.S. procedure must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material or material with disabled access and its location before removal or disabling.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, address, and telephone number. Include an email address so we can contact you.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found; and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

We terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. Our operators manually review the available evidence, complaint history, and counter-notices when applying this policy; a disputed or unsupported complaint is not by itself a finding of infringement. We may restrict access while reviewing infringement complaints. This policy applies to the web service, APIs, and Telegram bot. Opening another account to evade a copyright-related account closure is prohibited.
