1. who we are

dubbe.ai ("dubbe", "we") is an ai video and audio dubbing service operated from tashkent, uzbekistan. this policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the website at dubbe.ai, the telegram bot, and the related apis, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

2. data we collect

we collect only what the service needs to work and to be paid for.

• account data: your name, email address, phone number, telegram id and profile picture, depending on whether you sign in with google, telegram, or a phone number. phone sign-in stores the number and the fact that it was verified; one-time codes are not kept after verification.
• media you submit: the video or audio files you upload, and the files we fetch when you paste a youtube, tiktok, or instagram link.
• generated outputs: transcripts, translations, synthesized speech, subtitle files, thumbnails, and the dubbed video or audio produced for each project.
• billing data: your credit balance, purchases, subscription status, and the payment records returned by payme or click. card numbers never reach our servers; they are handled entirely by the payment provider.
• usage data: which pages and features you use, the device and browser type, approximate location derived from your ip address, and product events such as a project being created or completed.
• technical logs: error reports, request logs, and job diagnostics that help us keep dubbing reliable.

3. why we use it

• to run the service: transcribe, translate, and re-voice your media, store the result, and show it in your dashboard or send it to you in telegram.
• to bill you: track credits, subscriptions, and payments, and issue the fiscal receipts required by uzbek law.
• to keep the service safe: detect abuse, enforce plan limits, and prevent fraud.
• to improve the product: understand which features are used and where jobs fail. this analysis works on aggregated data.
• to talk to you: send transactional messages about your projects, payments, and account. we do not send marketing email without your consent.

4. how media is processed

dubbing is automated. your media is transmitted to third-party ai providers for speech recognition, translation, and speech synthesis, and to gpu processing infrastructure for audio separation and rendering. these providers process the data on our behalf, only for the purpose of producing your dub, and under terms that prohibit them from using it for anything else.

we do not use your media, transcripts, or outputs to train machine-learning models.

5. who else sees your data

we share personal data only with processors that are necessary to run the service:

• cloud object storage for media and outputs, and cloud hosting for the application.
• ai and gpu providers described in the previous section.
• payme and click for payments in uzbekistan.
• telegram, when you use the bot or sign in with telegram.
• posthog for product analytics and sentry for error monitoring.
• authorities, when a valid legal request requires it.

6. cookies

we use a small number of first-party cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a locale cookie that remembers your interface language, and a cookie that remembers which sign-in method you last used. analytics events are sent to our own domain and forwarded to posthog. we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

7. retention

media and outputs stay available for as long as the project exists in your account. deleting a project removes its media and outputs from active storage; deleting your account removes your projects and profile. payment and fiscal records are kept for the period required by uzbek accounting law. logs and error reports are kept for a limited time and then discarded.

8. your rights

you can view and edit your profile, download your outputs, delete projects, and delete your account from the settings page. for anything you cannot do from the dashboard, including a copy of the data we hold about you or a correction, write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.

9. children

the service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10. security

data is encrypted in transit, stored with access limited to the systems that need it, and protected by the security controls of our hosting and storage providers. no service is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

11. changes to this policy

we update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. material changes are announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect.
