terms of service

1. the service

dubbe.ai ("dubbe", "we") provides automated ai dubbing: you submit a video or audio file, choose a target language, and receive it back with a synthesized voiceover and subtitles. the service is available on the web at dubbe.ai and through the dubbe telegram bot. by creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

outputs are generated automatically. transcription, translation, and synthesized speech can contain mistakes. review a dub before you publish it.

2. your account

you must be at least 16 years old to use dubbe. keep your sign-in method secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. one person may hold one account; creating additional accounts to obtain extra free dubs is not allowed and may lead to all of them being closed.

3. your content

you keep all rights to the media you submit and to the dubs we produce from it. you grant dubbe a limited licence to store, transmit, and process that media, including through third-party ai providers, solely to deliver the service to you.

you are responsible for having the rights needed to dub and distribute the media you submit. do not submit content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that sexualizes minors, that impersonates a real person without consent, or that is intended to deceive or harm.

4. acceptable use

• no automated scraping, bulk submission, or load testing without written permission.
• no attempts to bypass plan limits, watermarks, or payment.
• no reverse engineering of the service or its models.
• no use of dubs to spread misinformation, harassment, or content that violates the law of the place where it is published.

5. plans, credits, and payment

the free plan includes three dubs per month for videos up to three minutes, with a watermark and outro logo on the output. the premium subscription costs 14,999 uzs per month, renews monthly until you cancel it, and unlocks longer videos, 1080p output, transcript download, and outputs without a watermark. cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month stays active until it ends.

additional dubbing is paid with credits, sold per minute or in packages at the prices shown in the dashboard. credits are deducted when a project is submitted, based on the duration of the media. purchased credits do not expire. promotional or granted credits can carry an expiry date, shown in your billing history. payments are processed by payme and click in uzbek so'm; we do not store card details.

6. refunds

if a dubbing job fails, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically. for any other refund request, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment; we review each case individually. processing that has been completed is not refundable.

7. availability and changes

we work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. we may change or retire features, adjust plan limits, and update prices; price changes apply from the next billing period and are announced in advance.

8. termination

you can delete your account at any time from the settings page. we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where the situation allows it. on closure, remaining purchased credits are refunded unless the closure results from abuse.

9. liability

the service is provided as is. to the extent permitted by law, dubbe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by inaccurate output, or for content you publish. our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. governing law

these terms are governed by the law of the republic of uzbekistan. disputes are resolved in the courts of tashkent unless mandatory consumer law gives you another venue.
